Last night for dinner I went to Cheesecake Factory. I'm not the biggest fish lover, but am purposefully trying to broaden my palette. I had the Miso Salmon, and boy was it amazing! I wish I could eat the leftovers right now at work. Because the Cheesecake Factory is known for their HUGE portion sizes, the salmon fillet was the biggest I'd ever seen. It had an amazing miso glaze (with a consistency of a light molasses) over top a bed of white rice with a sake butter sauce. (YUM!!!) I am now a salmon fan. Seriously, try it.
